Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a motivated Warehouse Distribution Center Associate to join our parts distribution team. You will handle receiving, replenishment, picking, and loading of parts, while ensuring accuracy and safety in daily warehouse operations.

You will use RF scanning equipment, lift up to 50 pounds, and work with pallets, racks, and conveyors to maintain inventory integrity and timely order fulfillment. Availability M-F with occasional weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Basic math skills to identify product quantity.
• Ability to read and recognize alphanumeric sequences.
• Basic understanding of and ability to operate a computer.

Responsibilities

• Receiving – unload inbound shipments and store safely.
• Order picking – ensure correct quantity and transport to shipping locations.
• Inventory – maintain accurate records and proper stock rotation.
• Safety and housekeeping – keep a clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
• Meet productivity standards and KPI targets; identify and solve daily issues.
• All other duties as assigned by leadership.
