$5500 Employment Bonus
- Receive $1,500 after 3 months of employment
- Receive an additional $4,000 after 6 months of employment

Position Summary
Deliver products to customers efficiently, safely, courteously, professionally, and timely, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Responsibilities
- Operate CMV safely and professionally, including combination vehicles or straight trucks over 10,001 lbs GVWR/GCWR
- Perform pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections using mobile logs
- Unload and deliver products safely using lift gates, hand trucks, or pallet jacks
- Complete delivery and pickup paperwork accurately
- Operate Powered Industrial Trucks and Material Handling Equipment
- Maintain product levels on racks, shelves, displays, and coolers, transporting between truck, backroom, and display floor
- Communicate any route barriers to supervisors
- Report unsafe conditions
- Complete all required training and certifications
- Follow company policies and all applicable laws, including DOT regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 21 years old or meet state minimum age requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable driving record
- At least one year of Class A driving experience or equivalent military experience
- Safe driving experience within the past 12 months in a similar CMV
- Experience in environments requiring heavy lifting, such as distribution centers or construction
- Knowledge of DOT regulations
- Pass a post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT physical
Preferred Skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Beverage industry experience
- Customer service experience
- Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Repetitive pushing and pulling of pallet jacks or hand trucks over 100 yards
- Physically exerting over sustained periods
