CDL Driver Wanted - $5,500 Sign On Bonus!

Position Overview

Efficiently deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous, professional, compliant, and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Operate CMV safely and professionally, including combination vehicles or straight trucks over 10,001 lbs GVWR or GCWR.
• Complete pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections using mobile logs.
• Unload and deliver products safely using lift gates, hand trucks, or pallet jacks.
• Accurately complete delivery and pickup paperwork.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Maintain product levels on racks, shelves, displays, and coolers; transport products using MHE.
• Communicate route issues to supervisors for proper handling.
• Report unsafe conditions and attend all required training and certifications.
• Follow all company policies, store policies, and applicable laws including DOT regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 21 years old or meet state legal age requirements.
• Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable driving record.
• At least one year of driving experience with a Class A CDL or military equivalent.
• Recent safe driving experience within the past 12 months in a similar CMV.
• One year of work experience involving heavy lifting, such as in distribution, construction, or similar fields.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Pass a post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT physical.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Beverage industry experience.
• Customer service experience, including problem-solving.
• Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Operate manual transport equipment over 100 yards.
• Physically exert oneself over sustained periods.
