$5,500 EMPLOYMENT BONUS

• Payments will occur as soon as practicable after the specified timeframes.
• Must be employed in good standing at the time of payout to qualify.

Bonus Breakdown:

• After 3 months: $1,500
• After 6 months: $4,000

Note: Payments will occur as soon as practicable after the specified timeframes, and employment in good standing is required at payout.

Position Summary

Deliver products efficiently to customers in a safe, courteous, professional, compliant, and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Operate CMV vehicles safely and professionally, including combination vehicles or straight trucks over 10,001 lbs GVWR/GCWR.
• Perform pre-trip, in-route, and post-trip inspections using mobile logs.
• Unload and deliver products safely using lift gates, hand trucks, or pallet jacks.
• Complete delivery and pickup paperwork accurately.
• Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Maintain product levels on store racks, shelves, and displays; transport products between truck, backroom, and display floor using MHE.
• Communicate any route barriers to supervisors for adjustments.
• Report unsafe conditions.
• Complete all required training and certifications.
• Follow company policies, store policies, and all applicable laws including DOT regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 21 years old or meet state legal age requirements.
• Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable driving record.
• At least one year of driving experience with a Class A CDL or military equivalent.
• Safe driving experience within the past 12 months in a similar CMV.
• One year of work experience involving heavy lifting in environments like distribution centers, farms, construction, etc.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Pass post-offer drug test, background check, and DOT physical.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in the beverage industry.
• Customer service experience, especially problem-solving.
• Experience with manual or powered pallet jacks.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Repetitively lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds.
• Push and pull manual transport equipment for at least 100 yards.
• Physically exert over sustained periods as needed.
