Position Summary

Merchandisers work in local stores to keep Coca-Cola products fully stocked on the shelves. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining product availability and merchandising products at all designated accounts.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain product in store racks, shelves, displays, and coolers; identify replenishment needs; transport product between backroom and display floor using manual equipment (e.g., pallet jack, handtruck); replenish, face, and rotate product; build and take down displays; maintain signage; clean spaces; secure damaged or defective product.
2. Manage backroom inventory; organize and consolidate backstock; monitor inventory levels; evaluate and process damaged products; re-pack products; organize backroom materials; operate powered and manual equipment.
3. Complete store documentation; maintain cleanliness; communicate with store and company personnel; report unsafe conditions; attend training and certifications; follow policies and laws; utilize mobile devices; operate vehicles.
4. Provide customer service by resolving concerns, answering questions, and assisting with product location.
5. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 18 years old or meet state legal age requirements.
• Six months of work experience in related environments (e.g., warehouse, construction, healthcare).
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly.
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.

Preferred Skills

• Beverage industry experience.
• Customer service experience.
• One year of experience with manual or powered pallet jacks.
• Certifications for straddle stacker and powered pallet jack.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Lifting, pushing, pulling objects up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Repetitive grasping and manipulation requiring fine motor skills.
• Standing for at least 6 hours, walking at least 4 miles per day.
• Ability to read various print sizes.
• Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
