Vulcan Materials Company is seeking an experienced Training Coordinator to coordinate, execute, and oversee employee training across Ready-Mix operations in a defined territory. You’ll develop onboarding, safety, and regulatory programs aligned with OSHA, DOT, and company policy, while partnering with plant operations to ensure safe, compliant performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two years minimum experience in employee training or related concrete industry roles.
• Strong knowledge of safety, DOT, OSHA standards and regulatory guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Train and onboard new hires and existing staff in safety policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate and schedule training programs for drivers and operations personnel.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance management processes.
• Manage training documentation at 30/60/90 days and ensure DOT compliance.
• Communicate with site leadership and safety teams to maintain high standards.
• Partner with operations to review policies, safety programs, and improved practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
