Job summary

Vulcan Materials Company is seeking a dedicated Driver to transport ready mix concrete from batch plants to customer jobsites. You will ensure proper slump, unload per specs, and inspect the mixer truck while maintaining safety and efficiency in daily operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating with dispatch, loading at batch plants, and performing routine vehicle checks. Candidates should have a valid CDL with tanker endorsement and be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years experience driving ready mix trucks preferred.
• Valid CDL with tanker endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Ready Mix Concrete products to customer jobsites.
• Communicate with Dispatcher/Plant Manager via two-way radio or phone.
• Perform pre-trip/post-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.
