Job summary

Borden Dairy is hiring a safety-focused Transport Driver to deliver dairy products to retail stores and distribution centers. You will ensure timely, accurate, and professional service while maintaining safety standards.

Requirements include a Class A CDL with Air Brake endorsement, a valid Medical Card, and at least 1 year of driving experience. Must be 21+ with ability to lift heavy loads and work varying shifts.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Class A CDL with Air Brake endorsement.
• Medical Examiner's Certificate per FMCSA 391.41.
• Minimum 1 year Class A driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Manual transmission experience required.

Responsibilities

• Safely load, transport, and unload products at designated customer locations.
• Operate a commercial vehicle along established routes to deliver and stock products.
• Set up promotional displays and deliver marketing materials as needed.
• Verify shipment accuracy and ensure product is in saleable condition upon delivery.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or discrepancies professionally.
• Collect empty containers, returns, and unsold merchandise for processing.
• Complete daily delivery invoices and proof of delivery documentation.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations.
• Assist with basic truck maintenance and report issues promptly.
• Maintain logs of driving hours and vehicle activity as required by DOT.
