Job summary

Erickson Senior Living at Maris Grove in Glen Mills, PA seeks a Driver to transport residents, staff and visitors within our gated retirement community. Starting pay is $18 per hour, with full benefits including health, 401k, PTO, and onsite care centers.

Candidates must have a valid CDL B with passenger endorsement and meet DoT requirements. Responsibilities include operating vehicles with ramps and lifts, assisting passengers, performing vehicle inspections, and maintaining vehicle

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to drive.
• Current and valid CDL Class B with passenger endorsement.
• Ability to operate vehicles with wheelchair ramps and lifts.
• Minimum of three years verifiable driving experience.
• Current and valid DOT Physical/Medical Examiner's Certificate.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents, staff, and visitors on scheduled and unscheduled appointments.
• Operate vehicles equipped with wheelchair ramps and lifts.
• Operate passenger buses and sedans.
• Assist passengers with boarding and alighting from the vehicle.
• Prepare vehicles for usage, including pre- and post-trip inspections, refueling, and related tasks.
• Maintain the cleanliness of vehicles.
• Log and track vehicle usage.
