Job summary

FCC Environmental Services, LLC is seeking a qualified driver to safely operate a commercial vehicle and deliver prompt garbage and recycling collection services.

The role requires a Class B CDL, ability to lift heavy objects, and adherence to DOT regulations. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be prepared to work on routes spanning streets, neighborhoods, and alleys.

Qualifications

• Experience in garbage/recycling operations preferred.
• Possess a valid Class B commercial driver's license.
• Ability to lift or carry heavy objects as necessary.
• Meet all qualifications defined under Department of Transportation regulations.
• Clearinghouse profile required.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre/post-operation checks on a commercial vehicle per FCC regulations.
• Operates vehicles on assigned routes including roads, neighborhoods, and alleys.
• Manages controls and joystick equipment per safety regulations.
• Interacts courteously with coworkers, dispatchers, and customers to ensure timely services.
• Monitors vehicle status to minimize downtime and maintains readiness for service.
• Completes paperwork and reports accurately.
• Maintains productivity standards to service clients promptly.
• Follows safety regulations and procedures.
