Job summary

TAL Building Centers, based in Vancouver, WA, seeks a full-time delivery driver to transport materials (3 tons+). On-site role with emphasis on safety, customer service, and compliance with state/federal guidelines.

Responsibilities include loading, delivering, and maintaining logs while upholding company values. Requirements include 21+, English proficiency, CDL with air-brake endorsement, and a medical certificate; road tests may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to speak and read English.
• CDL endorsement class A or B with air brake endorsement.
• Must be able to drive truck and trailer, tractor and trailer or crane operator.
• 5 years’ experience preferred.
• Must have a current valid medical certification.
• Must be able to pass a road test.

Responsibilities

• Load, deliver, and unload materials to customers.
• Prevent damage and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate trucks and equipment safely and professionally.
• Report maintenance needs for vehicles/equipment.
• Maintain trip logs and vehicle inspection reports.
