Job summary

TAL Building Centers in Vancouver, Washington, is hiring for an on-site delivery truck driver (class A/B with air brake endorsement). Responsibilities include loading, delivering, and unloading materials, while maintaining safety and compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualified candidates will be at least 21 years old, able to speak/read English, hold a valid CDL and medical certification, and pass a road test. Experience is preferred and CDL endorsements are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be able to speak and read English.
• Drivers must meet state requirements, including having a valid driver’s license with a CDL endorsement of class A or B with air brake endorsement.
• Must be qualified to drive truck and trailer, tractor and trailer or crane operator.
• 5 years’ experience preferred.
• Must have a current valid medical certification.
• Must be able to pass a road test.

Responsibilities

• Load, deliver, and unload materials to customers.
• Prevent damage and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate equipment and vehicles safely and professionally.
• Report vehicles and equipment needing service and repair.
• Maintain trip logs and vehicle inspection reports.
