QXO is seeking a dependable truck driver to support on-site loading, unloading, and delivery operations in Santa Ana, California. You will pre-inspect loads, coordinate with dispatch, and follow DOT safety procedures while maintaining accurate documentation.

Candidates must hold a valid Class A or B CDL, have at least 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience, and be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A or B CDL license in good standing.
• Minimum 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Capable of lifting and carrying loads as required by the job.

Responsibilities

• Perform touch‑freight tasks, lifting or carrying products weighing up to 75 lbs.
• Pre‑inspect the truck, load materials, and verify load accuracy.
• Notify branch management of potential hazards on site.
• Set up job parameters and inspect site for safe loading/unloading.
• Maintain regular communication with the dispatcher for timely delivery.
• Follow DOT and company safety procedures and wear PPE.
