Job summary

QXO is seeking a reliable CDL Class A truck driver to join our logistics team. You will perform touch-freight, pre-inspect loads, and coordinate with dispatch to ensure on-time deliveries while following all DOT safety procedures.

Candidates must be 21+, have a valid Class A license, at least 12 months of verifiable driving, and be comfortable working outdoors in all weather. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, PTO, paid training, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Class A CDL license in good standing.
• At least 12 months of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform touch-freight tasks, which may require lifting, moving, or carrying products weighing over 75 lbs.
• Pre-inspect the truck, load materials, and verify the accuracy of the load.
• Notify branch management of any potential hazards on site.
• Set up job parameters and inspect the site to ensure a safe environment for loading and unloading.
• Maintain regular communication with the dispatcher to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Follow all DOT and company safety procedures, and always wear appropriate PPE.
