Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting experience in trucking.
• Experience recruiting CDL drivers.
• Strong communication and interviewing skills.
• Clear English speaking and writing skills.
• Knowledge of CDL driver qualifications and onboarding.
• Experience using recruiting platforms, social media, and lead generation tools.
• Organized, self-motivated, able to manage multiple openings.
• Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit CDL drivers and office personnel for all openings.
• Source candidates via phone outreach, Facebook, job boards, referrals.
• Screen, interview, and qualify applicants.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from contact to onboarding.
• Maintain consistent candidate communication and follow-up.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, orientation, onboarding.
• Maintain recruiting records and hiring activity.
• Assist in developing recruitment strategies.
• Support achievement of weekly and monthly hiring goals.
