Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant recruiting or sales experience.
• Experience in CDL driver recruiting or transportation recruiting preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-oriented.
• Ability to work onsite in Cincinnati office.

Responsibilities

• Source CDL drivers through job boards, referrals, and social media.
• Make outbound calls and engage drivers regularly.
• Develop and maintain an active recruiting pipeline.
• Communicate opportunities professionally and persuasively.
• Screen candidates and support onboarding.
• Track recruiting activity and performance metrics.
• Exceed weekly and monthly recruiting goals.
