The Buffalo Group is seeking a full-time recruiter on-site in Indianapolis, IN to help strengthen our growing transportation team by sourcing and hiring qualified CDL Class A drivers. The position offers a competitive hourly salary of $20.00 to $30.00 based on experience.

You will source, screen, interview, and hire professional truck drivers, develop relationships with candidates, and follow up to move qualified drivers through the hiring process.
