You will recruit qualified CDL-A drivers, source candidates via Tenstreet and other channels, reach out by phone or text, screen applicants, explain pay packages and benefits, and guide candidates from first contact through onboarding.

• Previous CDL driver recruiting experience.
• Strong knowledge of the trucking industry.
• Proven ability to meet recruiting and hiring goals.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, creative, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified CDL-A Flatbed and Van drivers.
• Build and maintain an active driver pipeline.
• Source candidates using Tenstreet and other channels.
• Reach driver leads by calling, texting, and connecting.
• Screen candidates and match drivers with the right opportunity.
• Explain pay packages, incentives, benefits, home time, and expectations.
• Guide candidates from first contact through onboarding and orientation.
• Generate creative recruiting ideas to reach drivers in a competitive market.
• Partner with Operations, Safety, and HR on hiring needs.
• Support new-hire retention by setting clear expectations from the start.
