Qualifications

• No prior recruiting experience is required.
• Preferred experience in high-volume recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Tech-savvy with recruiting software, social platforms and phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Source, contact, and screen prospective commercial truck drivers for open carrier positions.
• Guide driver candidates through the application, background check, and onboarding process.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified CDL driver leads using phone, email, text, and social media.
• Communicate carrier requirements, compensation packages, and lane specifications clearly to candidates.
