Job summary

Rumpke Waste & Recycling is seeking a Driver Recruiter to source, screen and hire CDL and non-CDL drivers, including trainees. You will partner with operations leadership to meet staffing needs and maintain a positive candidate experience.

Travel to multiple locations is expected and you will promote our core values of safety and integrity. The role is on-site at our Corporate Campus in Cincinnati, OH, and offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k)

Qualifications

• 3+ years recruiting/sourcing experience preferred.
• Experience recruiting CDL drivers or transportation personnel preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 30% to various locations.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals and events.
• Conduct phone screens and evaluate qualifications, experience and fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and operations leaders.
• Maintain applicant tracking system records and candidate communications.
• Travel to Rumpke locations and attend recruiting events as needed.
