Job summary

4 Horn Management is seeking a Class A CDL Driver to operate DOT-regulated trucks, moving rental equipment between branches and client locations in Hutto, TX. The role emphasizes safe, legal, timely deliveries and vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, securing loads, communicating with customers and other departments, completing DOT inspections/logs, and maintaining professional relationships with customers and coworkers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Must have a valid state CDL license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of one year commercial truck driving experience.
• Ability to drive with various trailer types including lowboys.
• Willingness to travel locally and regionally on an on-call schedule.
• Detail oriented with good driving and safety practices.
• Ability to stand, sit, and kneel for long periods and lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Loads/unloads rental equipment and tools between branch and client locations.
• Acts as liaison between customers and branch departments to meet delivery expectations.
• Secures all loads for safety of people and property.
• Completes required service tickets, timesheets, and work documentation accurately and promptly.
• Completes DOT inspections and logs as required by law.
