Job summary

Texas Materials, a CRH Company, is seeking a reliable Truck Driver to operate trucks and move materials to various job sites. You will perform pre/post-trip inspections, maintain delivery logs, and communicate with dispatch to ensure accuracy and accountability.

The role requires a CDL B license, a DOT physical, and the ability to work nights and weekends as needed. A clean driving record and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL B license required; hazmat may be preferred.
• DOT physical, drug screen and background check required.
• Minimum age 18; ability to travel and work nights/weekends.
• Valid driver’s license meeting state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks safely to deliver materials to job sites.
• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections per DOT guidelines.
• Maintain log of truck hours and deliveries for billing.
• Communicate with crew and dispatch to relay information.
• Load/unload materials and monitor gauges during operation.
• Follow safety procedures and report issues to supervision.
• Keep vehicle clean and maintain mileage logs.
• Willing to travel and work nights/weekends.
