Job summary

Aramark Correctional Services seeks a Driver II in Moran, WY with a Class B or C CDL to operate passenger buses and light vehicles under 26,000 lb. You will ensure safe, timely transport and exemplary guest service within a correctional setting.

Responsibilities include pre‑trip inspections, logs, fueling, cleaning, and assisting with warehousing or clerical tasks as needed. A clean record, DOT medical card, and drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older and able to communicate effectively in English.
• 1+ year driving experience; vehicle/mechanical familiarity preferred; customer service experience desired.
• Hold a valid CDL Class B or C with clean driving record and 5+ years of safe driving.
• Must pass DOT physical and obtain a medical card; pass pre-employment drug test.
• Defensive Driving Course completion required before driving company vehicles.
• Endorsements (passenger and/or airbrake) may be required for all vehicles.
• Experience driving in all weather including winter; tire chain installation.

Responsibilities

• Complete a daily vehicle inspection form before and after routes.
• Maintain a pleasant, clean atmosphere inside and outside the vehicle.
• Operate vehicles under 26,000 lb; transport passengers or supplies as assigned.
• Drive defensively, safely, and with timeliness; ensure rider safety.
• Provide exceptional guest service and represent the company positively.
• Assist with luggage lifting up to 80 lb when necessary.
• Fuel, clean, inspect, and report vehicle issues; maintain logs.
• Coordinate with Transportation Office dispatcher for requests.
• May perform warehousing tasks and basic clerical duties.
• Occasionally operate cash registers and dispense propane per laws.
• Follow SDS guidelines; attend safety meetings and share improvement ideas.
