Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Driver II with a Class B or C CDL to operate passenger buses, shuttles, and light trucks. You will ensure safety, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and provide concierge-level service to guests while transporting them to designated locations.

The role requires adherence to DOT requirements, ability to handle occasional clerical tasks, and flexibility to perform related duties as assigned. You will work in a dynamic team within Aramark facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• 1 year+ professional driving experience and vehicle mechanical experience preferred, plus customer service.
• Must communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
• Must have a valid Commercial Driver License (Class B or C) with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a DOT physical examination and obtain a medical card.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test and participate in random testing.
• Must complete and pass Defensive Driving Course prior to driving a company vehicle.
• Endorsements ( passenger or airbrake ) may be required to drive all vehicles.
• Experience driving in all weather conditions including winter weather.

Responsibilities

• Must complete a daily vehicle inspection form prior to driving and after finishing their route.
• Maintain a pleasant and clean atmosphere in and out of the vehicle.
• Apply safety equipment and wear seat belts at all times.
• Operate company vehicle under 26,000 lb transporting passengers or supplies.
• Drive defensively, safely, and cautiously in all situations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as a concierge resource for guests.
• Pick up and drop off guests at designated locations.
• Complete vehicle logs and coordinate with the Transportation Office dispatcher.
• May assist with clerical work and office duties as needed.
• May dispense propane within legal limits and occasionally operate a cash register.
