Job summary

Aramark in West Bend, WI is seeking a Driver II with CDL to operate a shuttle bus, van, or straight truck. You will perform daily vehicle inspections, ensure a safe and clean transport environment, and help guests with concierge-style service.

The role requires 21+ years old, 1 year of driving experience, a valid CDL (B or C) with a clean record, and the ability to pass DOT medical and drug tests. Occasional office tasks may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• 1 year+ professional driving experience and vehicle mechanical experience preferred.
• Must communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
• Must have a valid Commercial Driver License (Class B or C) with a clean driving record showing 5 years of prior safe driving.
• Must pass a DOT medical exam and obtain a medical card.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol test and participate in random testing.
• Must complete Defensive Driving Course prior to driving a company vehicle.
• Passenger endorsement or airbrake endorsement may be required to drive all vehicles.
• Experience driving in all weather conditions including winter weather.
• Travel Requirements: Little or no travel required (less than 10%)

Responsibilities

• Complete daily vehicle inspection form prior to driving and after finishing route.
• Maintain a pleasant and clean atmosphere in and out of the vehicle.
• Always wear seat belt and safety equipment while driving.
• Operate company vehicle under 26,000 lb GVW transporting passengers or supplies.
• Drive defensively, safely, and cautiously in all situations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company well.
• Pick up and drop off guests at designated locations.
• Know the property and surrounding areas; act as concierge for guests.
• May assist with clerical work and dispatch duties.
• May perform maintenance and safety inspections on service vehicles and equipment.
