Job summary

The CDL Driver II position at US LBM Holdings, LLC is responsible for the safe, efficient transport of building materials to job sites across multiple locations. You will perform pre- and post-trip inspections, manage logs per DOT rules, and deliver with professional customer service.

You will operate Class A or B trucks, assist in loading, and help maintain truck and warehouse organization while adhering to all safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years CDL experience preferred.
• Experience transporting lumber and building materials required.

Responsibilities

• Operates Class A or B commercial vehicles in a safe, compliant, and efficient manner.
• Deliveries to active construction sites and completed locations; inter-state travel may be required.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip DOT inspections and maintain logs.
• Provide professional customer service and represent the company positively during all interactions.
• Load, unload, and secure materials; verify orders for accuracy before departure and on delivery.
• Adhere to DOT regulations and safety guidelines; maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck.
• Assist with stocking in warehouse and mentor new drivers on policies and safety.
