Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring a CDL Driver / Hoisting Operator for a fence company near Middleborough, MA. This full-time role involves driving, operating equipment, digging, loading materials, and assisting installation crews on outdoor construction sites.

You should have a CDL Class A or B, a DOT Medical Certificate, and Hoisting License 2A/1C preferred. OSHA 10 and construction experience are pluses. Pay is base 25–30/hr with potential above-base earnings on government or prevailing-wage projects.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B license required or able to obtain.
• DOT Medical Certificate required or able to obtain.
• Hoisting license 2A and/or 1C preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Construction/site safety awareness essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles and transport materials to job sites.
• Operate machinery and equipment to support fence/guardrail installation.
• Dig holes, set posts, move materials and assist crews.
• Load/unload and move heavy materials between trucks and worksites.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Support installation of fence, guardrail and related materials.
• Work in a physically demanding outdoor construction environment.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain high-quality workmanship.
