Job summary

Premier Fence, LLC is seeking an experienced CDL Driver / Hoisting Operator with 2A and 1C licenses to join our field installation team in Massachusetts and New England. This hands-on role involves driving, operating hoisting equipment, loading and installing fence and guardrail, and ensuring safety and quality on every job.

You will work outdoors on diverse projects, lifting heavy materials, and collaborating with seasoned crews to deliver results that protect property and save lives.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Massachusetts Hoisting License – 2A and 1C.
• Hold a valid Class A or Class B CDL.
• Have a current DOT Medical Certificate.
• Have OSHA 10 certification.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be comfortable working in a physically demanding, outdoor construction environment.
• Be able to consistently lift approximately 45 lbs. and occasionally up to 95 lbs.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Meet Premier Fence's pre-employment drug-testing requirements.
• Understand work and safety instructions provided in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving commercial vehicles to and from jobsites.
• Operating hoisting and construction equipment.
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment.
• Installing fence, guardrail, and related products.
• Operating tools and machinery to dig holes, set posts, and complete installations.
• Working alongside experienced crew members to complete projects safely, efficiently, and professionally.
• Maintaining a strong focus on jobsite safety and quality workmanship.

Premier Fence, LLC is growing, and we're looking for an experienced CDL Driver / Hoisting Operator with 2A and 1C licenses to join our high-performing installation team. What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Have reliable transportation as required for the position.
• Be able to understand work and safety instructions provided in English.

Our crews work on projects throughout Massachusetts and New England, so candidates should be comfortable traveling to different jobsites as required.
