Job summary

Premier Fence, LLC is seeking an experienced CDL Driver / Hoisting Operator to join our field installation team across Massachusetts and New England. You will safely drive commercial vehicles, operate hoisting equipment, load and unload materials, and install fence and guardrail products on residential, commercial, industrial, municipal projects.

The ideal candidate holds Massachusetts Hoisting License 2A/1C, Class A or B CDL, DOT Medical Certificate, OSHA 10, is at least 18, and physically

• Must hold valid Massachusetts Hoisting License 2A and 1C.
• Must hold Class A or Class B CDL.
• Must have a DOT Medical Certificate.
• Must have OSHA 10 certification.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Physically able to lift 45–95 lbs and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive commercial vehicles to and from jobsites.
• Operate hoisting and construction equipment.
• Load, unload, and move materials and equipment.
• Install fence, guardrail, and related products.
• Use tools and machinery to dig holes, set posts, and complete installations.
• Work with crew to complete projects safely, efficiently, and professionally.
• Maintain jobsite safety and high-quality workmanship.

What You'll Do:

As a CDL Driver / Hoisting Operator, you'll be an important part of our field installation team. Your work will include:

• Safely driving commercial vehicles to and from jobsites.
• Operating hoisting and construction equipment.
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment.
• Installing fence, guardrail, and related products.
• Operating tools and machinery to dig holes, set posts, and complete installations.
• Working alongside experienced crew members to complete projects safely, efficiently, and professionally.
• Maintaining a strong focus on jobsite safety and quality workmanship.

This is an active, hands‑on position for someone who enjoys working outside and seeing the results of their work at the end of the day.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified candidates should:

• Hold a valid Massachusetts Hoisting License – 2A and 1C.
• Hold a valid Class A or Class B CDL.
• Have a current DOT Medical Certificate.
• Have OSHA 10 certification.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be comfortable working in a physically demanding, outdoor construction environment.
• Be able to consistently lift approximately 45 lbs. and occasionally up to 95 lbs.
• Take pride in producing safe, high-quality work.
• Have reliable transportation as required for the position.
• Be able to understand work and safety instructions provided in English.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Be able to meet Premier Fence's pre‑employment drug‑testing requirements.

Our crews work on projects throughout Massachusetts and New England, so candidates should be comfortable traveling to different jobsites as required.
