Job summary

Commonwealth Building Materials, Inc. in Norfolk is seeking a delivery driver to safely operate a commercial vehicle, load/unload materials, and provide exceptional customer service at construction sites.

The role requires a valid CDL, ability to lift 80+ lbs, and compliance with DOT regulations. Candidate should be able to work independently or in a team, maintain accurate documentation, and perform duties in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• CDL license required and clean MVR; Class A preferred
• High School diploma or GED required
• Must be able to lift heavy materials and work in an outdoor environment

• Inspect truck/trailer for defects and ensure safe operation
• Load/unload building materials and deliver to job sites
