Railserve, part of Marmon Holdings, seeks dependable CDL Drivers in Kansas to support rail construction and operations projects. You will transport equipment and materials, perform basic vehicle maintenance, and ensure compliance with DOT regulations, safety policies, and site procedures.

The role requires a Class A CDL with a clean record, willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed, and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record.
• Ability to secure loads safely to trailers.
• Experience operating heavy equipment preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices.
• Ability to travel regularly and stay overnight as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Class A truck hauling equipment on flatbed and lowboy trailers.
• Transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical and safety issues and perform basic preventive maintenance.
• Report defects or maintenance needs to internal teams.
• Maneuver trucks in tight environments such as construction zones and active job sites.
• Load, secure, and unload equipment and materials safely.
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
• Maintain proper documentation for deliveries, inspections, and incidents.
• Assist with labor or equipment operation tasks as needed.
• Wear required PPE and follow all safety protocols.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
