Job summary

MEI Industrial Solutions is seeking a CDL Driver for our Salisbury, MA team. The role involves safe operation of tractor-trailer rigs under DOT rules, loading/unloading, rigging and occasional crating, and working closely with project crews.

You will perform pre-trip inspections, manage load securement, and document daily activities, while supporting a safety-focused, professional work environment across diverse industrial relocations.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class A CDL with Airbrakes and combo endorsements.
• Minimum two (2) years proven driving experience at CDL level.
• Minimum three (3) years proven experience or comparable field preferably within the construction service industry.
• Basic knowledge of operating equipment (Forklifts, man lifts, mobile platform lifts, etc.).
• Rigging experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections daily.
• Experience working with flatbed, SD, RGN and dry van trailers.
• Drive tractor and trailer rigs to transport equipment to job sites under DOT regulations.
• Electronic logging.
• Secure loads: tarping, tie-downs, loading/unloading equipment.
• Complete required paperwork daily.
