Job summary

Superior Environmental Solutions (SES) seeks a safety-focused CDL Driver / Equipment Operator in Pass Christian, MS to operate Roll-Off, Flat Bed, Vacuum, and Service Trucks. You will perform Pre/Post Trip inspections, document required paperwork, and support field technicians while maintaining safety as the priority.

We offer weekly pay, a $1,500 sign-on bonus, insurance after 30 days, 401K with 4% company match at 90 days, referral bonuses, paid CDL training, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain a Class A or B CDL license with a Tanker Endorsement, or a combination of Tanker and Hazardous endorsements.
• Must be able to drive a manual 10-speed or higher.
• Ensure insurability under the company’s insurance plan.
• Must understand English well enough to follow safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL equipment including Roll-Off, Flat Bed, Vacuum and Service Trucks.
• Perform pre/post-trip inspections and accurate documentation.
• Lead and direct subordinate personnel to perform duties safely and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot equipment and perform minor repairs as needed.
