PODS Enterprises, LLC is seeking a driver to deliver and pickup containers at customer locations, ensuring incident-free service and excellent rapport with customers. You will operate a truck with a lift mechanism, perform inspections, and handle paperwork with precision.

Role requires CDL Class B, valid license, and ability to work with forklifts/cranes, handheld devices, and basic repairs. Training provided; extensive safety protocols apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid CDL Class B license without air brake restriction.
• Must maintain a current/valid driver license.
• DOT medical certification or ability to obtain 1-year certification.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and pickup containers at customer locations with safe operation of lift mechanism.
• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections of vehicle and lift.
• Accept add-on deliveries as needed to meet business needs.
• Use handheld computer for delivery verification and navigation.
• Operate a forklift and/or an overhead crane.
• Inspect containers for presentability before delivery.
• Coordinate rental paperwork and payments with customers.
• Communicate with supervisor about customer questions or issues; prepare driver notes.
• Perform repairs of containers and lifts in the field and at storage center.
• Provide backup for storage center functions as needed.
• Maintain clean truck cab and vehicle

Job Summary

MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILTIES

• Typically reports to Management. Direct supervisor job title(s) typically include: Market Manager, Territory Manager
• Job is NOT directly responsible for managing other employees (e.g., hiring/termination and/or pay decisions, performance management)

Pay Range: 20.00-20.00 per_hour, General Benefits: Medical, Dental and vision insurance plans available. Paid Time Off plan and Safety bonuses are available for driver positions. Boot voucher and uniforms provided.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid CDL Class B License Required without air brake restriction
• Must maintain a current/valid driver license
• Must meet PODS Driver Qualification Standards
• Must be at least 21 years of age (insurance requirement)
• Possess a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate or ability to obtain a minimum of a 1 year certification (DOT requirement)
• Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software preferred
• Possess math skills sufficient to perform required duties
• Or an equivalent combination of education, training or experience
• Ability to attend required 2-week New Hire Driver Training Program
