Job summary

TAL Building Centers in Kamiah, ID is seeking a Delivery Driver to operate a 3-ton+ truck and deliver materials to customers. This role is onsite at our store with no remote option.

You will load, deliver, and unload materials, maintain trip logs, verify loads, and assist in yard upkeep. CDL endorsements (A/B) with air brakes and a current medical card are required; road test may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must be able to read and speak English.
• CDL Class A or B with air brake endorsement; valid medical certification.
• Must be qualified to drive truck and trailer, tractor-trailer, or crane operator.
• 5 years’ experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, deliver, and unload materials to customers.
• Prevent damage and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Operate equipment and vehicles safely and professionally.
• Report vehicles/equipment needing service and repair.
• Maintain trip logs and vehicle inspection reports.
• Verify load against shipping papers and prepare receipts.
• Assist in yard upkeep and building loads as required.
