Casella is seeking CDL drivers to operate rear/ front/ side load and roll-off trucks, ensuring safe, efficient waste removal along designated routes. You will deliver courteous customer service, perform inspections, and maintain accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; 18+ years old; valid CDL Class A or B; legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Strong verbal and written communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent customer service and safety awareness are essential.

Responsabilités

• Perform pre/post trip inspections of the vehicle in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
• Safely operate rear load, front load, side load, and roll-off trucks in various environments.
• Provide courteous, timely service and maintain customer relations on designated routes.
• Complete company paperwork accurately and on time.
• Notify dispatch of service interruptions or unsafe conditions; document incidents properly.
• Participate in training and career-path activities to advance within Casella.
