Job summary

Casella Waste Systems is seeking a CDL Truck Driver to operate rear, front, side load, and roll off trucks on designated routes with a focus on safety and customer service. You will navigate residential and commercial areas, perform inspections, and follow company safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Hold a valid Class A or B CDL License.
• Physically able to handle objects up to 50 lbs daily and work in various weather.
• Pre-employment drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre/post trip inspections and maintain truck appearance.
• Safely operate rear load, front load, side load, and roll off trucks on streets and at customer sites.
• Provide courteous customer service and timely service to customers.
• Complete route sheets and required paperwork accurately.
• Attend scheduled training and notify Dispatch of service interruptions or safety concerns.
