Casella is seeking a CDL Truck Driver to efficiently operate rear load, front load, side load, and roll-off trucks while delivering safe, courteous waste removal services on designated routes. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and adherence to regulations, with opportunities for advancement through Casella's Career Pathways program.

The position requires a valid CDL (A or B), a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to pass pre-employment drug testing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 years old; valid CDL Class A or B; legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Physically able to lift objects over 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong customer service mindset; able to work effectively in a team.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre/post trip inspections of the assigned vehicle according to Casella safety standards and regulations.
• Operates rear load, front load, side load, and roll-off trucks safely on streets and job sites.
• Provides courteous customer service and timely service delivery on designated routes.
• Completes route paperwork accurately and adheres to company and regulatory requirements.
• Attends required training and coordinates with Dispatch for service updates.
