Kaizen Lab Inc. is seeking a Full-time CDL Driver to transport construction materials and ensure safety compliance. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Class A or B CDL and have at least 2 years of experience in the construction industry.

Compensation includes competitive pay from $20.00 to $30.00 per hour along with benefits such as medical and dental insurance, 401k with company match, and more.

About the role

Full-time CDL Driver with RYCOE Enterprises Inc.

Responsibilities

• Transport construction materials and equipment to job sites in a safe and timely manner.
• Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain accurate logs of vehicle maintenance and service records.
• Load and unload materials using appropriate safety protocols and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations while operating vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with construction team members to coordinate delivery schedules.
• Assist in the planning of transportation routes to optimize efficiency and reduce delays.

Skills and Requirements

• Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• 2+ years’ experience as a truck driver in the construction industry.
• Ability to work some evenings and weekends when necessary.
• Familiarity with construction materials and equipment transportation.
• Ability to load, unload & secure equipment safely and properly & lift 80 pounds.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and practices in driving.
• Ability to perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Sense of urgency, attention to detail and positive attitude.
