Casella covers all training costs and provides onboarding at our Rutland, VT home office, founded in 1975, with a Career Pathways program offering advancement, merit increases, and safety bonus incentives. The starting hourly rate for this position is $23 per hour.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Hold a state issued standard CDL Driver’s Class B permit with air brake endorsement or obtain within 6 months.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Physical ability to lift objects over 50 lbs; work in varied weather.

Aufgaben

• Perform pre/post trip inspections following Casella safety standards and regulations.
• Operate trucks safely across routes and worksites.
• Provide courteous customer service and timely service delivery.
• Complete end-of-day documentation and paperwork accurately.
• Handle route sheets and work within one Line of Business.
