Casella is seeking a CDL truck driver in Massachusetts to operate rear load, front load, side load, and roll off trucks with safety and efficiency. You will serve customers on designated routes, maintain vehicle appearance, and complete required paperwork while upholding Casella’s standards and community responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and legal to work in the United States.
• Must be 18+ years old and hold a valid CDL Class A or B.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs frequently and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Performs pre/post trip inspections of the assigned vehicle per Casella safety standards and regulations.
• Exhibits safe operation of rear load, front load, side load, and roll off trucks on streets, highways, and customer sites.
• Provides courteous customer service and timely service.
• Maintains a positive attitude toward the company, customers, and municipal goals.
• Completes all company and federally mandated paperwork accurately.
• Cleans area around spills and empties receptacles; completes route sheet for one Line of Business.
