Casella is seeking a CDL Truck Driver to operate rear, front, side load, and roll-off trucks safely across residential and commercial routes, delivering prompt waste removal and excellent customer service. This role requires CDL A or B and the ability to work in diverse conditions.

The position offers a $2,500 hiring bonus and pay rates by line of business: Commercial $39.00/hr, Residential $38.50/hr, Roll Off $37.75/hr, Swing $40.50/hr.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; must be 18+, valid Class A or B CDL; eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to handle objects >50 lbs; work in varied weather conditions.
• Strong verbal/written communication and teamwork.
• Pre-employment drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre/post-trip inspections; maintain truck appearance per safety standards.
• Operate rear/front/side load and roll-off trucks safely on streets, highways, and customer sites.
• Provide courteous customer service and complete required paperwork accurately.
• Complete route sheets and participate in training and meetings.
