Job summary

Winland Foods is seeking a CDL Driver to join our Warehouse team in North East, PA. You will safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with DOT safety rules.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, with compensation at $28.65 per hour plus shift differential. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, life coverage, and more.

Experience with SAP and warehouse systems is valued.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; forklift and CDL basics are a plus.
Experience operating forklifts, box trucks, and SAP inventory systems.
Willingness to obtain required certifications (forklift, SAP, etc.).
18+ years of age; knowledge of GMP, SQF, HACCP, FSMA regulations.

Responsibilities

Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wrapping machines and related equipment.
Perform equipment inspections and maintain accurate documentation.
Follow DOT safety regulations and manage inbound/outbound shipments.
Oversee FIFO inventory control and tag, store and rotate materials.
Conduct counts, monitor usage, and assist procurement and space management.
Lead SOP development, training, and shift meetings; mentor teammates.
Use SAP and other systems for inventory transfers and reporting.
