Job summary

GFL Environmental is seeking a CDL driver to operate frontload and related waste collection vehicles, delivering safe, reliable service along prescribed routes. You will interact with customers and maintain accurate logs while upholding all safety and regulatory standards.

The role requires a valid CDL, at least 21 years old, and the ability to conduct inspections and manage route requirements. The position is on-site with opportunities for growth and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• CDL required or CDL school completion.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to perform pre/post-trip inspections and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Operate frontload or ancillary waste collection vehicles along designated routes.
• Open containers, move cans, and dump materials safely.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and file reports as required.
• Interact courteously with customers and address questions or requests.
• Adhere to all safety, regulatory, and company policies.
