Join Spartan Logistics as a Class-A CDL Shuttle Driver and be a key part of our commitment to reliable and efficient transportation in Itasca, IL! In this role, you’ll complete local routes from our warehouse to our customers’ facilities, performing drop-and-hook operations. Enjoy the benefits of being home daily while working for a family-owned company that values its team members. We are currently hiring for two shifts: the morning shift (6 days a week) and the afternoon shift (5 days a week), with Saturday hours as needed. Please specify your preferred shift(s) when applying. The position pays $32.00/hour based on experience.

What You’ll Do

As a Class-A CDL Shuttle Driver, your responsibilities include:

• Completing local shuttle routes between our warehouse and customer facilities.
• Performing drop-and-hook operations accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining safety and professionalism while representing Spartan Logistics.
• Remaining compliant with all DOT regulations.

Requirements

What Makes You a Great Fit?

We’re looking for a skilled, safety-conscious driver. You should have:

• Valid Class-A CDL with at least 2 years of experience.
• A clean driving record with no major violations in the past three years.
• No more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in three years.
• Professional demeanor and respect for company property and clients.
• High integrity; background and credit checks required.
• Ability to operate ELD tablets effectively.
• Willingness to work until the job is complete with a positive attitude.
• Steel-toed boots or safety shoes.

All candidates must pass drug screening and background checks.
