Qualifications

• Current and valid Class A license and medical card.
• Pass all DOT requirements and CNG road test.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and lift up to 55 pounds.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Transporting product: Safely drive CNG trucks and trailers to various warehouse locations to ensure timely delivery and pickup.
• Local shuttling: Transport product to and from production warehouses following routes and schedules.
• Pre- and post-trip inspections: Conduct daily checks using Geotab to ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
• Equipment maintenance: Communicate any necessary repairs to Fleet Manager to ensure compliance and safety.
• Safety compliance: Adhere to AIB, BRC standards and SOPs to maintain a safe work environment.
• Regulatory compliance: Maintain knowledge of CDL, DOT and company safety standards.
• Training: Complete monthly CNG cornerstone training.

Position Schedule

• 12-hour static shifts (Days - 6:00am - 6:00pm)

Position Duties

• What You'll Do
  • Transporting Product:
    Safely drive CNG trucks and trailers to various warehouse locations throughout the Ohio Region, ensuring timely delivery and pick-up of products.
  • Local Shuttling:
    Transport product to and from production warehouses, following designated routes and schedules.
  • Pre- and Post-Trip Inspections:
    Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections of all vehicles and trailers using Geotab to ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
  • Equipment Maintenance:
    Communicate any necessary repairs to the Fleet Manager to ensure equipment compliance with company standards, food safety requirements, and applicable laws.
  • Safety Compliance:
    Adhere to all AIB, BRC Standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    Maintain a current knowledge of and comply with CDL, DOT, and all company/plant-specific safety and operational standards.
  • Training:
    Complete monthly CNG cornerstone training to stay updated on safety and operational procedures.
