Job summary

Balance Innovations is looking for a licensed CDL driver to oversee safe transport of cash and valuables for Brink’s U.S. You will be responsible for maintaining security during transportation, ensuring the safety of your team, and communicating with dispatch.

The position demands a valid Class B CDL license, a valid firearms permit, and the ability to meet DOT requirements. Full-time benefits include health insurance and a 401(k) plan with company match.

Pay Range: $25.40 - $30.36 Hourly (Specific to OHI,DEL,NY,CA,CO,WA,MD,CT,IL,NV,,KY,MI,NJ,ME,MO,MA,MT)

About the Role

Brink’s U.S., a division of Brink’s, Inc., provides armored transport, currency and coin processing, ATM servicing, and other value‑added services. We are seeking a licensed CDL driver to safely transport cash and valuables and secure the vehicle and crew throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and control Brink’s vehicles to and from customer sites.
• Guard the Cash Transport Guard at pick‑up and delivery locations.
• Guard and maintain the safety, security, and control of the armored vehicle and liability at all times.
• Guard and maintain the safety and security of your team at all times.
• Maintain radio communication with the Cash Transport Guard and other vehicle crew during pick‑up and delivery.
• Maintain radio communication with the branch and/or dispatch personnel.
• Load and unload the armored vehicle.
• Complete appropriate driving and delivery documentation.
• Report all faults experienced during the day’s activity.
• Ensure overall cleanliness of the vehicle’s interior.
• Cross‑train and perform other duties as assigned.
• Guard liability and assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Class B CDL license.
• Satisfy all applicable Department of Transportation requirements.
• Valid firearms permit.
• Valid guard card or ability to obtain one, or any other required licenses.
• Chauffeur’s license or ability to obtain one (Indiana, Louisiana, and Michigan residents only).
• Ability to satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment verification, background check and drug screening as required by law.

Additional Qualifications

• Air brake endorsement.
• Experience in commercial or fleet driving, security, military, or other professional driving roles.
