Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser – Small Store Trainee CDL to deliver and rotate stock and merchandise shelves to company standards. You will transport products to retail outlets, build displays, and work with the Sales Supervisor to foster strong customer relationships while ensuring DOT compliance.

Qualified candidates must have a Class A CDL, read and speak English, lift up to 50 lbs, and be motivated to train through our CDL

Qualifications

• Must possess a Class A CDL and maintain DOT physicals.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Regular and prompt attendance is essential.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance per company guidelines.
• Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivation and ability to perform with minimal supervision.
• Ability to understand simple instructions and memos; communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Transports and unloads products to retail outlets.
• Merchandises all product inside the outlet to company standards.
• Works with the Sales Supervisor to execute the picture of success and build customer relationships.
• Provides feedback on threats and opportunities to leadership.
• Sets up merchandise and sales promotion displays; maintains backstock and cleanliness.
• Delivers, rotates and merchandises product on shelves and displays.
