Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC seeks a Delivery Merchandiser – Small Store Trainee CDL in Shreveport. You deliver, rotate stock, and merchandise shelves to company standards while building strong customer relationships.

Day-to-day includes transporting to outlets, setting up promotions, and adhering to DOT rules. Requires a Class A CDL, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 and valid CDL class A license.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Maintain DOT physical requirements and safety policies.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and rotate stock to retail outlets and maintain shelves.
• Merchandise product and displays to company standards.
• Build positive relationships with customers and support leadership.
• Communicate issues and opportunities to management.
• Comply with DOT driving rules and route safety requirements.
