Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a Delivery Merchandiser – Small Store Relief CDL to deliver, rotate, and merchandise products at retail outlets. You will work with the Sales Supervisor to maintain store standards and build strong customer relationships.

Qualifications include a Class A CDL, DOT fitness, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a high school diploma or GED. A fast-paced environment, safety, and regular attendance are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 21 years old.
• Class A CDL required and must be kept in compliance with UNITED fleet policy.
• Must maintain DOT physical requirements.
• PPE as required and safety policies followed.
• Regular and prompt attendance.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Maintain neat professional appearance per company guidelines.
• Ensure safety and security of company assets.
• Utilize company-provided resources and technology.
• Lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively in a fast-paced environment.
• HS diploma or GED (or 1-3 months related experience or training).
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Ability to write simple correspondence.
• Capable of presenting information to individuals and groups.
• Basic math in all units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Transport and unload products to retail outlets.
• Merchandise all product inside outlets to company standards.
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisor to execute plans and build strong customer relationships.
• Provide feedback on competitive threats and opportunities to leadership.
• Set up merchandise and sales promotion displays.
• Communicate store-level issues to management.
• Maintain backstock, cleanliness, and organization of coolers and shelves.
• Assist with training and coaching of trainees.
